Wouldn't I just love to be doing some of these exercises with a few of those great Spanish wines I've been seeing this weekend. But sadly I've restricted myself to one small glass at dinner. Yes I know I shouldn't but damn it you can't have tapas without a splash of wine!

I think I could actually manage to stick with that program.
This is brilliant! I have to forward it to my exercise/wine addicted friend.
I think I may need to check with my doctor before adding pilates to my wine regimen.
By the third or fourth exercise, I have a feeling both me and the wine would be all over the floor!
wonder if you can do that with dublin dr pepper?
i think it will be hard to incorporate wine with step and weight lifting classes! i'll just leave it as a compliment to my meals.
now that's an exercise program I could get up off my ass for.
And the tapas ... well of course you're right.
