This One Looks etc. At Least To Us

Most people sided with Eleanor Roosevelt but as Subtle Knife said she really wasn't a "minor" figure in American history.

SK: She was a Republican President's wife so she didn't do the limelight thing - left that to those damned Democrats. lol. Saturday Night Live was very cruel to her. Each week on the news Chevy Chase would announce: Mamie Eisenhower forgotten but not dead!

I have heard her name before, but it didn't stick as much as Ladybird Johnson's, Jackie O. and of course dear Eleanor. Here she is in one of my posts.
