Because she knew I had fallen off the wagon while I was on vacation in August and a few times this past two weeks my dear friend Christine thought she would send me this by way of encouragement!

Ah yes, I remember the temperance movement from my youth!
Actually, when we were studying 19th century political movements in high school, back in the early 1970's, we came across that slogan and it became a big joke among the stoners in my class.
